SUMMARY:Historical Tours at Old Baylor Park
DESCRIPTION:Come see the North Harris County Dulcimer Society play during the Spring Tours of the Independence\, TX Historical Society. \nThe Society maintains three historical buildings. They are located near Baylor Park\, Historic Baptist Church\, and the Antique Rose Emporium in Independence\, TX. A Spring Tour of the buildings is offered to the public on four weekends every spring. Members of the Society serve as docents in period costume and present the history of the buildings and of Independence. \nDifferent artisans demonstrating mid-1800s crafts\, music and storytelling enhance the tour weekends at Baylor Park. \nHope to see you there!
